摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The extraction of Chinese wolfberry genomic DNA and optimization of its RAPD reaction system were studied. [Method] The concentration range of Chinese wolfberry genomic DNA extracted with optimal CTABMethodwas tested and the RAPD reaction system was further optimized scientifically and reasonably. [Results] The concentration range of Chinese wolfberry genomic DNA was among 3.5-5. 5 μg/μl, which could fully met the demand of RAPD-PCR. [Conclusion] This way has the advantage of few steps, low-cost and high-efficiency, which is more suitable for the Chinese wolfberry genomic DNA extraction.
