Abstract
[Objective] The effects of salt stress on the seed germinations of 4 rape varieties were studied in this article. [Method] The NaCl concentration was 0(CK) , 0. 1% , 0.2% , 0.4% , 0.6% , 0.8% respectively. 6 treatments designed 3 replicates of 50 seeds. [Result] TheResults showed that germination rate of 4 rape varieties tended to decrease with the increasing NaCl concentration (except of "Shenyou 3" ). Lower concentration NaCl tended to stimulate seedling growth of 7 varieties, but higher concentration inhibited seedling growth of 7 varieties. In the whole, salt tolerance of "Shenyou 3" and "Shenyou 5" was the strongest, but "Shenyou 7" was the weakest. [Conclusion] The study can provide the theoretical basis for rape breeding for salt resistance and rape high yield cultivation.关键词
