Study on Extraction Process and Components of Hypsizygus marmoreus Polysaccharide
摘要
Abstract
The extraction process and components of Hypsizygus marmoreus polysaccharide were studied. TheResults showed that the optimum extraction process for H. marmoreus polysaccharide was water sample ratio of 1:15, extraction time of 1 h and extraction temperature of 100 ℃. The components of H. marmoreus polysaccharide were galactose, glucose, xylose and mannose.关键词
