内生真菌分泌物对金钗石斛酶活性的影响
Effect of Endophytic Fungi Secretion on Enzyme Activity of Dendrobium nobile
摘要
Abstract
The effects of secretion from 3 strains of endophytic fungi on activities of SOD, POD and PAL of Dendrobium nobile Rolfe were detected. The results showed that with the increase of secretion concn. of strain 37, the SOD activity of D. nobile showed firstly decreasing and then increasing trend, and activities of POD and PAL were increased gradually. With the increase of secretion concn. of strain 117, the SOD activity of D. nobile showed firstly increasing and then decreasing trend, and activities of POD and PAL showed firstly decreasing and then increasing trend. With the increase of secretion concn. of strain 120, the activities of SOD and PAL of D. nobile were increased gradually, and POD activity firstly decreased and then increased.关键词
