HPLC法测定金钗石斛中石斛碱含量
Determination on Dendrobine Content in Dendrobium nobile by HPLC Method
摘要
Abstract
Dendrobine content in Dendrobium nobile Rolfe from different areas was determined by RP-HPLC method. The results showed that dendrobine content in D. nobile from Chishui of Guizhou was the highest (0.65% ), and that in D. nobile from Luodian of Guizhou was the lowest (0.04% ). The linear relationship of dendrobine was good in 0.01 -0.05 μg.关键词
