雪峰乌骨鸡绿蛋壳色素成分的初步研究
Study on the Eggshell Pigment of Green Eggshell of Xuefeng Black-bone Chicken
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the green -eggshell's pigment composition of Xuefeng black-bone Chicken. [ Method] Based on the ultraviolet absorption value and the difference of maximum absorption wavelength of the green-eggshell pigment' s extractive, the composition were evaluated,and the difference degree of pigment content in different green-eggshell were analysied. [Result]The absorption spectrum's maximum of extractive was 412 nm,and the height and trough was between 412 nm and 680 nm. The value of 412 nm and 680 nm among the samples was no significant difference ( P > 0.05). [ Conclusion ] The pigments in the green eggshell of Xuefeng black-bone Chicken were biliverdin and protoporphyrin, and the pigment content in different green-eggshell was proportional.关键词
