Abstract
It is difficult for existing land circulation pattern to achieve the goal of promoting land circulation and realizing farmland large -scale management. The article summarized the necessity of farmland circulation system reform. Based on referring the domestic and foreign related literature,circulation pattern of constructing land bank was put forward.关键词
