Abstract
With different pre-disposed pig manure as baits,the effects of temperature,humidity and inoculation density on the growth and fecundity of Etienia foetida were studied under the experimental conditions. The contents of organic C,total N,total P,total K,quick-acting N,quick-acting P and quick-acting K and pH value in the pre-disposed and disposed pig manure with E. foetida were tested and compared. The suitable technology conditions for disposing pig manure with E. foetida were as follows:the temperature of 15 -25℃,the humidity of 65% -75% and the inoculation density of 8 - 12 earthworms per pot. Compared with pre-disposed pig manure,the content of organic carbon,total N and total P in earthworm manure decreased,the content of total potassium,quick-acting nitrogen,quick-acting phosphorus and quick-acting potassium increased, pH value decreased from alkalinity to neutral.关键词
