摘要
Abstract
Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography method was taken to isolate and determine soybean isoflavone content. The results showed that the linear detection range of soybean isoflavone was 1.0-9.0μg/ml. The recoveries of genistein, daidzein, daidzin, genistin were 98.7% ,98.1% ,97.9% ,97.8% with RSD of 2.1% ,1.8% ,1.7% ,1.3% resp.关键词
