Abstract
The mechanism of RNA interference (RNAi) was introduced. The biological significance of RNAi was expounded. The functions of RNAi were discussed in detail. It was pointed out that RNAi had been an important tool for studying the gene function. It would contribute to defend and cure diseases.关键词
