Optimization of Alcohol-extraction Technology for Gentiana macrophylla from Liupan Mountain of Ningxia by Orthogonal Design
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the alcohol-extraction technology of Genliana macrophyUa from Liupan Mountain of Ningxia. [ Method ] With the extraction rate of gentiopicroside from G. macrophyUa as the observation index, the effects of extraction alcohol consumption, the extraction time, extraction times and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of gentiopicroside were studied by using L_9(3~4) orthogonal design. [Result] The optimum technologies of the alcohol extraction of gentiopicroside from G. macrophylla from Liupan Mountain of Ningxia were as follows: when the mass of C. macrophyUa was 0.5 g, solvent consumption was 35 ml, the extraction time was 20 min, the extraction times was thrice and the extraction temperature was 30℃. [Conclusion] The research provided reference for the production technology of gentiopicroside from Genliana macrophylla.关键词
