KGM/XG复合凝胶的降解性能影响因素研究
Study on Affecting Factors of KGM/XG Hydrogels' Degradation Performance
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of KGM content and enzyme concentration on degradation performance of KGM/XG hydrogel and lay a foundation for its application. [Method] Firstly, prepared KGM/XG hydrogel, then carried out hydrogel degradation test in vitro, and studied effects of different KGM dosage, enzyme concentration on hydrogels' degradation performance. [Result] This hydrogel could be degraded by cellulase with β-glucanase, but it couldn't be degraded by some enzymes such as pancreatin without β-glucanase. The average degradation ratio increased with the increasing concentration of KGM and the increasing concentration of cellulase E0240. [Conclusion] This hydrogel maintained the biodegradability of KGM. The hydrogels' degradation ratio could be increased by increasing the concentration of KGM, or by increasing the concentration of cellulase E0240.关键词
