PLC Automatic Control of Hot Air Cocoon Drying Machine
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The study was to increase the quality and decrease the cost of cocoon drying. [Method] The hot air cocoon drying machine was reformed with PLC, and the design, ladder diagram and programming of PLC control system was briefly introduced. [Result] The automatic control of cocoon drying process was implemented. Compared with traditional electrical control and scm control, PLC automatic control system of cocoon drying machine had the advantages of stable, reliable with simple device and low cost. The practical application results showed that the fluctuation range of the temperature of PLC control system was lower than ±1 ℃, and the quality of cocoon was greatly increased in drying process, and the cost of labor was economized more than 33.3%. [Conclusion] PLC control system was suitable for various type of hot air cocoon drying machine for automatic control with obvious economic benefit.关键词
