Study on the Germination Rate of Ladle-shaped and Slender Waist-shaped Cucumis melo Seeds under Different Temperature
摘要
Abstract
Ladle-shaped and slender waist-shaped Cucumis melo seeds were used as experimental materials to compare germination energy and rate of these two types seeds under different temperature. The results showed that under the same temperature, the germination rate of ladle-shaped was higher than slender waist-shaped, but the difference was not significant; the same type seeds under different temperature were also not significant at the difference. The germination rate was the highest when seeds were cultured at 27 ℃.关键词
