黄葛树染色体核型分析
Karyotype Analysis of the Chromosome of Ficus lacor
摘要
Abstract
Karyotype analysis of the chromosome of Ficus lacor by the method of wall permeability to the flame-drying. The results showed that the numbers of chromosomes are 2 n =30; the karyotype formula was 2 n =30=1st+9sm+5m, the relative length of the chromosome group was 2 n =30=5L+3M_2+2M_1+5S belonging to "3B" type. The total length of Genome was 21.37 μm, total length of the long arm was 14.13 μm, the degree of symmetry was relative low.关键词
