Abstract
The generation and development of Witkey were described, the specificity of incentive education measure in agricultural colleges and universities was analyzed, and how to carry out incentive education for agricultural colleges and universities students through methods such as virtual integration and organized bidding etc. was studied under the education Witkey mode. It is greatly beneficial for students in agricultural colleges and universities to stimulate their potential, enhance learning enthusiasm, strengthen their confidence and self-realization.关键词
