Abstract
[Objective]The purpose was to extract Cistanche deserticola polysaccharides and determine their antimicrobial action. [Method] The polysaccharides were extracted from C. deserticola by hot water extraction. On the basis of single factor experiments, the extraction technology was optimized through 3-factor and 3-level orthogonal test. [Result]The influences of various factors on the polysaccharide yield were as follows: extraction temperature > ratio of water to material > extraction time. The optimum extraction technology was extraction with ratio of material to water of 1:15 at 85 ℃ for 2 h. The average yield rate of polysaccharides extracted from C. deserticola by this technology was 6.785 7 mg/g. The inhibitory action of C. deserticola polysaccharides solution on Micrococcus terragenus was strongest and its antibacterial circle diameter was 11.20 mm; that on Bacillus subtilis was secondary and its antibacterial circle diameter was 10.24 mm. The inhibitory action of C. deserticola polysaccharides solution on Scerevisiae hensen was stronger and its antibacterial circle diameter was 8.16 mm and that on Aspergillus nigers and Aspergillus oryzae was not obvious. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of C. deserticola polysaccharides solution on Escherichia coli , M. terragenus, B. subtilis, S. hensen and Penicillium sp. were 0.437, 0.109, 0.218, 0.437 and 0.874 mg/ml resp. [Conclusion]This study laid a foundation for the reasonable development and utilization of C. deserticola in more domains.关键词
