15%阿维菌素·毒死蜱水乳剂高效液相色谱分析方法的研究

Abstract
[Objective] The purpose was to provide scientific basis for formulating the quality standard of 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW. [Method] The contents of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW were determined and analyzed by HPLC. [Result] The concn.-peak area regression equations of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in the control solutions were Y=762.90X+15.84 and Y=727.94X+18.91 resp. and they had good linear relationship in the range of 10.0-100.0 μg/ml. In precision test, the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.5% and 0.7% resp. In repeatability experiment, the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.9% and 0.5% resp. The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 96.06% and 96.31% resp. and both of their minimal detection limits were 0.32 μg/ml. The contents of abamectin in 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW stored by heat-treated storage and normal storage were 12.54% and 12.81% resp. and that of chlorpyrifos were 0.231% and 0.235% resp. [Conclusion] This method had high accuracy, strong specificity and good sensitivity and stability and its determination results were reliable.关键词
