[目的] 为15%阿维菌素·毒死蜱水乳剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据.[方法] 采用高效液相色谱法测定和分析了15%阿维菌素·毒死蜱水乳剂中阿维菌素和毒死蜱的含量.[结果] 对照品溶液中毒死蜱和阿维菌素的浓度-峰面积回归方程分别为:Y=762.90X+15.84和Y=727.94X+18.91,在10.0～100.0 μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好.在精密度试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的RSD分别为0.5%和0.7%.在重复性试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的…查看全部>>
[Objective] The purpose was to provide scientific basis for formulating the quality standard of 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW. [Method] The contents of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in 15% abamectin·chlorpyrifos EW were determined and analyzed by HPLC.
