摘要
Abstract
Based on referring to the government standard and industry standards (SN/T 1627-2005), the detection method of nitrofuran metabolites in fishery products was explored by using LC/MS. It can remove the interference of pre-processing using substance to make recovery quantization. From chromatograms of LC/MS, it was shown that the detection of nitrofuran metabolites reached good effect. As for the recovery curve, nitrofuran metabolites added standard curve reached better linear relation. The detection limits of melamine in the muscle tissue of water products using LC/MS were 0.5 μg/kg.关键词
