Determination of Non-aqueous Titration of Sodium Saccharin Content in Foods
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] A method for rapid determination of sodium saccharin in foods was established. [Method] With glacial acetic acid as the solvent, the sodium content in foods was determined with perchloric acid standard solution of glacial acetic acid titration. [Result] RSD was 0.77%-0.96%, and addition recovery rate was 97.1%-100.2%. [Conclusion] The determination method was accurate, precise, reliable, reproducible and simple.关键词
