胞外表达L-天冬酰胺酶发酵条件的研究
Study on the Fermentation Conditions of Extracellular Expression L-asparaginase

Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the fermentation conditions of the engineering bacteria that secreted L-asparaginase into media. [Method] The ingredients of media were studied by orthogonal design. The effects of inducing conductions and aeration flow on enzyme production were studied by single-factor design. [Result] Fermentation media was composed of 8.0% corn steep liquor and 1.0% glycerol. 0.5 g/L lactose was added into media after culture 10 h to induce protein expression for 12 h. An appropriate aeration flow was 0.83 VVM. [Conclusion] This research provided basis for industrial production of extracellular expression L-asparaginase.关键词
