Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to study the techniques of isolated culture of peony to implement rapid propagation.[Method]Take MS as the basic culture medium,in vitro culture of peony's embryo was carried on by adding different concentration of NAA, BA and IAA.[Result]Grow of vitro embryo was similar to the grow pattern of embryo when it was germinating on the culture medium which has no hormone, cotyledon expanded and grown, and stopped growing when it achieved approximately seed size; cotyledon growth was improved by BA, the growth of root was inhibitted when consdntration of BA increased; NAA could improve the fromation of callus and inhibit the growth of root. Growth of hypocotyl and root of peony embryo were improved by 0.1 mg/L BA, which was conducive to the fromation of seedlings.[Conclusion]It was provided the feasible way for expanding propagation of peony.关键词
