The research progresses on the aromatic components in oolong tea in the past thirty years were reviewed, mainly in the following three aspects: the analysis of aromatic components in different varieties of oolong tea, the research on the changes of aromatic components in the planting and manufacture process and the detection methods of the aromatic components in oolong tea.关键词
