农村居民就医过程中的信任机制研究——基于江苏省南通市的调查
Study on the Confidence Mechanism of Rural Residents in the Hospitalizing Process
摘要
Abstract
The confidence is an important influencing factor in the hospitalizing process of rural residents. Taking Nantong City of Jiangsu Province as an example, the confidence mechanism in the hospitalizing process of rural residents was studied. The results showed that the village doctors relied on personal trust and won the trust of farmers in the local community with the village clinic as the rural public domain. And large-scale hospitals relied on expert systems, monopolied farmers' hospital choice. With the improvement of medical conditions in rural areas, village clinics and drug stores out-patient medical treatment of farmers will become an important institution, the farmers in the proportion of pharmacies and pharmaceutical frequency will increase. Municipal and county hospitals in-patient treatment will play a leading role, and with the new rural cooperative medical system continued to improve, the hospitalization cost of rural residents reduced. The trust of farmers to the county-level hospitals will become more and more. Township hospitals will have been embarrassing due to the lack of personal trust and system trust.关键词
