Abstract
The contents of registers in the procedure of forest property transfer were selected to analyze the range and applicable range of registers. Taking several local regulations and local rules as the research objects, the register issues of forest property transfer were sorted out and the legal attribute and legal validity of registers were analyzed.关键词
