喜光花果挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析
GC-MS Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil from the Fruits of Actephila merrilliana
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze and identify the chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from the fruits of Actephila merrilliana. [Method] The essential oil from the fruits of Actephila merrilliana was extracted by vapor distillation and the chemical constituents of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS. [Result]Fifty-two kinds of chemical constituents were separated, among which thirty-two compounds representing 74.97% of the total essential oil were characterized. The major chemical components were 2,2-dimethyl propanoic acid octyl ester (8.530%), 2-methyl-propanoic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester (6.855%), 4-methyl-2-heptanone (4.329%) and 1-ethoxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone (4.011%). [Conclusion] The study provided scientific basis for further exploration and utilization of Actephila merrilliana.关键词
