摘要
Abstract
The implementation of urban and rural planning is the process that urban and rural construction should be in accordance with the approved plan by law. How to evaluate the results of the implementation of urban and rural planning scientific and reasonable is a very concerned and difficult problem. Based on the view of urban and rural complex ecosystem, the basic theory of the implementation evaluation of urban and rural planning was constructed. And the index system for the implementation evaluation of urban and rural planning was brought forward. Thus the research provided an effective means and channels to evaluate the results of the implementation of urban and rural planning objective and rational, and also provided a fundamental basis for scientific decision-making of urban and rural planning.关键词
