三格厌氧氧化槽处理农村生活污水的菌种筛选及条件选择
Study on Bacteria-screening for the Treatment of Rural Wastewater with Triple-vessel Anaerobic Oxidation Tank and Its Best Condition

Abstract
[Objective] The technical support and the bacteria sources for the purification of life sewage in rural were provided. [Method] The bacteria source extracted from triple-vessel anaerobic oxidation tank for the treatment of the domestic sewage in rural area was purified with the technical combination of biological purification instillation and floating-bed. 3 strains with high activity were isolated from the media. The optimal strain was selected through the physiological and biochemical test and optimal test condition. [Results] 3 strains of A-1, A-2, A-3, B-4, B-5, B-6, C-7, C-8 and C-9 were preliminarily screened out from 3 tanks where the strains were accumulated, respectively. The high-performance strains: A-1, B-5 and C-7 were selected according to total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD under certain culture condition. The D--X of the mixed culturing strain of A-1, B-5, C-7(1∶1∶1) had the higher rate of nitrogen and phosphorus removal than these of single strain because of their synergy. Thus, the D-X of the mixed strain could be selected as the inoculants of biological nitrogen/phosphorus removal. After optimized, the best culturing condition of D-X was: the temperature, 300 ℃; the environment, anaerobic culture; the pH value, about 7.0; the rate of N/P, 6 and the inoculation amount, 20%. [Conclusion] The D-X of mixed strain was best with obvious effect on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal, which could be widely used in the treatment of domestic sewage in rural area.关键词
