施用6-BA对春石斛花芽分化及内源激素的影响
Effects of applying 6-BA on the Nobile-type Dendrobium flower bud differentiation and changes of hormones

Abstract
Dendrobium Pretty Ribbon ' Loura' was used to test the effects of applying 6-BA on flower bud differentiation and changes of the content of ZT, IAA, ABA and GA_3 in flower bud. The results showed that applying with 1 000 mg/L 6-BA enhanced the development of flower bud and promoted the number and formation rate of flower bud significantly. During the period of flower bud differentiation, 1 000 mg/L 6-BA treatment increased the content of ZT and decreased that of GA_3 and ABA in flower bud. The 1 000 mg/L 6-BA treatment rapidly decreased IAA content before flower bud differentiation but increased after the period. By applying with 1 000 mg/L 6-BA treatment, the ratios of ZT/GA_3, ZT/IAA and ZT/ABA in flower bud of Nobile-type Dendrobium increased and the ratio of ABA/IAA decreased, which could enhance the differentiation and development of flower bud.关键词
