关于(A6,A11)-双位点突变胰岛素原作为外源肽呈递骨架可行性的研究

Abstract
A molecular chimera was constructed on the scaffold of (A6, All)-proinsulin by introducing an anti-thrombosis motif between the B29 and A2 sites. The chimera gene was expressed in Escherichia coli. The expressed product was purified, its biological activities determined for insulin receptor binding, insulin immunoactivity, and anti-platelet aggregation. It was found that the chimera peptide had potent anti-platelet activity but was without insulin activity. These data indicate that the (A6, All)-proinsulin can be used as a scaffold for presenting exogenous functional motifs.关键词
