加压蒸制附片酯型生物碱部位HPLC指纹图谱的建立
HPLC fingerprint of ester alkaloid fraction in slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata prepared by pressurized steaming

Abstract
Objective To establish the fingerprint of ester alkaloid fraction in slices of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata prepared by pressurized steaming, and lay a scientific base for the evaluation of processing technique of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and qualitative control of the slices. Method In the HPLC procedure the chromatography column was ZORBAX Extend-C18 and the samples were extracted with a mixed solvent of aether-dichloromethare (1∶4) in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Result There were 11 general peaks assigned and the accuracy, repeatability and stability of the fingerprint all met the requirement. The similarity of the slice samples detected by the same optimized technique was over 0.978. Conclusion The method is reliable and can be used in the qualitative study of Chinese herbal remedies and the preparations containing aconitine.关键词
