摘要

Abstract

To solve the low control precision and sensitivity and short life of travel switch or hall switch,an amplificatory eddy current coil-conductor detection system was designed,which was based on an eddy-current sensor detection system. The influential factors, including the conductor size,driving voltage, the rate of the coil and the conductor temperature were analyzed through collecting data online. These factors have influence on the eddy current intensity, control precision and sensitivity. The results are of importance to the parameter selection and the judgment of interference factors in an eddy current detector.
