Abstract
In accordance with the serious scarcity of Cangzhou City's surface water and the severe overextraction of deep groundwater, the exploitation and utilization of shallow groundwater is studied. On the basis of the overall understanding of characters of groundwater resource, in combination with assessing shallow groundwater resources and analyzing the problems occurring in exploiting and utilizing the shallow groundwater, this paper proposes a conception to build a shallow-layer-aquifer groundwater reservoir and to further develop and utilize the shallow saline water. Meanwhile, in presents that with reinforcing the management of the shallow groundwater, we should simultaneously consider the deep groundwater. The concrete measures are as follows. First, the underground water exploitation should be restrained. Secondly, measures of controlling pollution should be taken to protect the groundwater. Third, water price must be reformed to promote the rational exploitation and utilization of groundwater.关键词
