摘要

Abstract

Fault injection techniques based on VHDL have important advantages compared with the other fault injection techniques. First, they can be applied during the design phase of the system, so the time-to-market is reduced. Second, these types of techniques present high controllability and observability. The VHDL-based fault injection techniques are studied, and simulation commands, saboteurs and mutants are introduced respectively. At last, a comparison of these three kinds of techniques is given simply.
