摘要

Abstract

Research progress in modification of BaCoO_3-based oxygen permeation membrane material by A or B-site doping was introduced. A-site doping materials mainly included Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ) and La_(0.2)Ba_(0.8)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ),they had higher fine oxygen permeation rate and fine stability. B-site doping materials mainly included BaCo_(0.4)Fe_(0.4)Zr_(0.2)O_(3-δ),BaCo_(0.7)Fe_(0.2)Nb_(0.1)O_(3-δ) and BaBi_(0.2)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.6)O_(3-δ), their A site was fully occupied by Ba. They had not only higher oxygen permeation rate,but also could keep stable structure after long-term work.
