河北大豆地方品种耐低磷种质筛选
Screening of Low-P Tolerant Soybean Landraces from Hebei Growing-areas

Abstract
In China,soil area with phosphorus lack has reached 151. 3 thousand ha,and more than 75% of soil in Hebei growing-areas is short of phosphorus. Soybean needs high phosphorus contents, especially, in seedling stage. Excessive usage of phosphate fertilizer, will aggravate shortage of P resources, destroy entironment and block the sustainable agriculture development. Landraces with better gene which can be used by people are provided with adaptability and diversity. Ninety-seven soybean landraces from Hebei growing- areas were identified for low- P tolerant characters at seedling stage with two phosphorous levels-in both suited P(0.001 mol·L~(-1))and Low P(0 mol·L~(-1)) fertilizer levels. Screening the Low-P tolerant soybean landraces which adapt to Hebei growing- areas will provide the germplasm and theorical basis to breeding new Low- P tolerant soybean variety by cross-breeding and bio-techniques. Relative values were investigated about total biomass, bio-mass of roots,biomass of shoots,P contents of roots,P contents of shoots,P contents of whole plant and root-shoot ratio. The results showed that significant difference existed in relative values of the seven traits of 97 soybean landraces. The result of correlation analysis showed that relative value of total biomass and relative value of P contents of whole plant were significantly related to the others except root- shoot ratio. Moreover, the optimum regression equation was Y=2.257+2.732X_1 -1. 731X_6- 3. 556 X_7 (F=24. 78~*~* , R=0.645) by stepwise regression analysis, and partial correlation analysis indicated that relative value of total biomass and relative value of total P contents were significantly related. The ratio of the two relative values, i. e. the index of plant phosphorus efficiency, was suggested as reliable screening character to low- phosphorus stress. Furthermore, Relative value of plant phosphorus efficiency ratio (PPER)of soybean genotypes was significant and plant phosphorus efficiency ratio under low P levels are higher than them under suited P levels. All 97 entries could be classified into three groups based on the PPER and two better low- P tolerant soybean varieties, Pihuli and Bendihei, were selected.关键词
