Abstract
In today's international contract engineering practice, big difference is observed between the management methods of abroad companies and the traditional inland enterprises. WBS is framed and strictly followed by abroad companies. In this paper, application of WBS working methods in the management of international power source system engineering project is discussed based on several international contract engineering projects participated by the writer.关键词
