摘要
Abstract
This article reviews the material and performance improvements of TEGs. It goes through the traditional materials briefly, and describes the new improvement of low thermal conductivity nano-material,doped semiconductor material, and thin film material in more detail.It also presents some performance improvements of TEGs due to the optimized design of the structure and heat exchange of TEGs devices.关键词
