摘要
Abstract
U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) initiated the High-Performance Photovoltaic (HiPerf PV) Project is introduced in this paper. The research development of Ⅲ - Ⅴ multijunction concentrating solar cell in Spectrolab, California Institute of Technology, Ohio State, University of Delaware, JX Crystals, and SunPower Corporation as the subcontractors is reported. The research progress of concentrator components in Amonix and Concentrating Technologies,LLC is introduced. The design of three-junction ground concentrating solar cell in Emcore and the future development of concentrating solar cell of Emcore is presented.关键词
