摘要

Abstract

To solve problems on present battery pack equipment, such as low precision, high energy consumption and unavailability of single battery testing in battery pack, a smart battery pack testing system with three-level distributed structure was developed by using single chip technology. The system can detect the performance of every single battery of a Li-ion power battery pack, and possesses the characteristics of low energy consumption, high precision and good workability. It has been proved that the system can improve the efficiency of battery pack production evidently.
