Abstract
In order to enhance the stability of paper machine and to prevent paper's break, the strain con-trol system based on SIMATIC S7 -400 PLC for paper machine was designed from analyzing the principle and method of strain measure beginning. The structure, hardware configuration and the software achievement of control function in the strain control system were presented in details. The results of this control system ap-plied in planishing part of paper machine proved that this control system which adapted the method of combina-tion of speed control and strain control to adjust the speed ratio of transmission points as well as paper's strain has fulfilled the strain control function very well and achieved the satisfactory control result.关键词
