1型和2型鸭疫里默氏菌的交叉保护
The cross-protection between Riemerella anatipestifer serotype 1 and 2

Abstract
The sequences of 16S rDNA and 16S-23S rDNA intergenic spacers of 29 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer (RA) were determined. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the serotype 1 strains and the majority of serotype 2 strains formed different branches , whereas serotype 2 strains RAfl 1, RAf3 and RAf104 were found to be closely related to serotype 1. Inactivated vaccines of RA serotype 2 were prepared using strain RAfl9 in serotype 2 branch and strain RAfl 1 in serotype 1 branch, respectively. After immunization, the ducks were challenged with serotype 1 and 2 strains. The vaccine prepared using strain RAfl1 produced a higher degree cross-protection (53.8% ) against challenge with serotype 1 strain. In contrast, the vaccine prepared using strain RAfl9 produced cross-protection of 23.1% against challenge with serotype 1 strain. Using phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of 16S rDNA and 16S -23S rDNA intergenic spacers, a strain of RA with cross-protection was found.关键词
