油茶林土壤放线菌的分离及其拮抗油茶炭疽病菌的筛选
Isolation of actinomycetes and screening of their antagonistic strains to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides in soil of Camellia oleifera forest
摘要
Abstract
85 strains of actinomycetes were isolated from different types of soil samples of Camellia oleifera forest by using PDA and chitin deacetylase selective medium. The results showed that: Using Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as indicator, 18 strains were selected by plate confrontation method with inhibition zone width being more than 15 mm. The inhibition effect of strain CF17 was the best. The strain CF17 also showed better effects against Fusarium proliferatum, Pestalotiopsis microspora, etc, and the inhibition zone width were all more than 14 mm to each pathogenic fungus. CF18, CF33, CF48 strains could produce chitin deacetylase.关键词
