裸盖菇L-001菌株液体培养及其产毒素初探
Exploratiopn of the Psilocybe-L-001's Liquid Culture and Toxin Production
摘要
Abstract
In the basis of the study of biological characteristics of strain L-001,used 5 different carbon source and nitrogen to make liquid culture. The results show: Biomass and the amount of toxin have positive correlation, potato starch is the best carbon source and soybean meal is the best nitrogen. The mycelium broth and broken extract have an inhibition effect of mung beans' RNA Polymerase I . Mouse test also shows that the mycelium broth and broken extract can make mice neurotoxic.关键词
