摘要
Abstract
The study analyzed the proteinaceous change of human liver cells at 4 hours after radiation of 0.5 and 2 Gy γ-ray by proteomics.The results showed that compared with control group,4 hours after radiation,the protein points of different expression in the handled group irradiated by 0.5 Gy were 146.Among the total,up-expressed protein points were 67 and down-expressed ones were 79.On the other hand,the protein points of different expression in the handled group irradiated by 2 Gy were 127,and among the total,up-expressed ones were 83 and down-expressed ones were 44.The protein points of common different expression in the handled groups irradiated by 0.5 Gy and 2 Gy were 56,and among the total,up-expressed ones were 39 and down-expressed were 17.The results of SELDI showed that the protein points of common different expression are cytoskeletal protein,signal transducer and metabolism-associated protein et al.关键词
