制备Y_2O_3弥散铁素体合金粉末方法的研究
A study on preparation of Y_2O_3 dispersion strengthened ferritic alloy powder

Abstract
In order to develop ODS ferrous alloys as a kind of backup materials of fusion nuclear reaction structure, Fe-Cr-Ti-W-V alloy powders were prepared by nitrogen atomization. The sol-gel, chemical soaking and precipitation method have been investigated and used to add Y_2O_3 particles to Fe-Cr-Ti-W-V alloy powder. The morphology, particle-size and distribution of Y_2O_3 were analyzed. The results show that above three methods can all successfully realize the mixture of Y_2O_3 particles and alloy powder, sol-gel method is a effective way to prepare nano scaled oxide powder with homogeneous distribution, the particles of smaller than 50 nm is about half of total, the average roundness is about 1.25.关键词
