摘要

Abstract

A gas chromatography(GC) method was developed for the determination of nineteen pesti-cides residues in edible Fungi sample. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by florisil column. The extract was determined by gas chromatography using capillary column equipped with electron capture detector. The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0. 01 -1 mg/L for α-BHC, β-BHC, γ-BHC, 5-BHC, p, p'-DDE, p, p'-DDD, o, p'-DDT, p, p'-DDT and 0. 01 -5 mg/L for rest of pesticides, respectively, with correlative coefficients more than 0. 997. The limits of detection ( LOD) were 0. 43 - 2. 9 μg/kg for 19 pesticide in edible fungus. The recover-ies of 19 pesticides from edible fungi sample with three concentration levels ranged from 80% to 115% , and the relative standard deviations were between 1.1% and 10% . The method was simple, fast, accurate and had better purification effect. It could meet the requirements for simultaneous de-termination of many pesticides in edible fungi for import and export inspection.
