原发性痛风患者肾脏排泄尿酸减少分析
Renal excretion of uric acid is reduced in patients with primary gout

Abstract
Objective To study whether reduced excretion of uric acid is present in Chinese patients with primary gout. Methods Serum samples and 24 - hour urine samples obtained from 56 primary gout patients and 43 normal age -matched subjects were measured for renal function, 24 - hour urinary uric acid excretion (24 h Uur) , uric acid clearance ( Cur) , creatinine clearance ( Ccr) , fractional excretion of uric acid ( FRUAC) , excretion of uric acid per volume of glo-merular filtration (EurGF), urinary uric acid to creatinine ratio (Uur/Ucr), and glomerular uric acid filtered load (Flur). Results Patients with primary gout showed hyperuricemia, high 24h Uur and Flur level, but showed lower uric acid clearance and fractional excretion of uric acid (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Renal excretion of uric acid is reduced in Chinese patients with primary gout.关键词
