Abstract
Discipline construction is a dynamic process in which it enriches and perfects itself in response to the changing situation.Combined with the primary task and characterstics of discipline construction in teaching-research universities,this paper will expound the significance of sustainable development of discipline construction for universities and colleges,and put forward the effective path and strategy for in sustainable development of discipline construction for teaching-research universities with respect to drawing up a program,choosing discipline subjects,strengthening scientific researches,culturing echelons of qualified personnel,constructing discipline bases,and assessment and management.关键词
