摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of Huangqi Zhusheye combined Low Molecular Hepnarin on acute isehemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 94 cases of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were divided randomly to 2 groups,Ganhuang group and Heparin group.Ganhuang group (49 cases) were treated by Huangqi Zhusheye combined low Molecular Heparin,Heparin group (45 cases)were treated by Low Molecular Heparin.The NIHSS,ADL scores,clinical therapeutic effect and haemorheology were observed and compared.Results The NIHSS,ADL scores,clinical therapeutic effect and haemorheology of Ganhuang group's surpassed than the Heparin group's (P＜0.05).Conclusions There're have an advantage when Huangqi Zhusheye combined Low Molecular Heparin on acute ischemic cerehrovascular disease than applied Low Molecular Heparin alone.关键词
